American Mah Jongg

Mah Jongg is a four person game of skill and chance that originated in China. There are many variations of the game, but at CWC we play American Mah Jongg. American "Mahj" uses a card published by the National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) that describes the winning combination of tiles. The objective of the game is to match your tiles to one of these winning combinations.

Club participants range in ability from beginners with knowledge of the game to advanced players – and everyone is welcome to play. 

Weekly Mah Jongg meets every Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Whole Foods - Waverly.

Evening Mah Jongg meets once a month. Times and location varies.



NMJL cards are published yearly.  All players must purchase your own card.
