Dear Members,

Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent bylaws vote. We received a question about voter participation, so we wanted to share these details with the full membership for clarity and transparency.

Our club had 227 members at the time of the vote. As outlined in Article 12.1 of our bylaws, we need at least a 15% quorum — which is 34 members — for a vote to be valid. We are pleased to share that 42 members cast ballots, exceeding that requirement. Of those who voted, 79% voted YES, so the amendment has officially passed in accordance with our bylaws.

Every member received the ballot and had the opportunity to participate, and we appreciate those who took the time to vote.

We are also happy to announce that Clare Dykeman has been appointed as Chair of the 2026–2027 Nominating Committee. The full Nominating Committee will be shared with you soon.
