Registration cancellations will be accepted until Monday, May 4, 2026 at 12:01 AM
Cancellation Policy:
All payments are nonrefundable. Members who cancel before registration closes will receive a club credit for the event and any raffle tickets purchased, if applicable. Cancellations or no-shows after the registration closes will not receive a club credit or refund for the event or raffle ticket(s) purchased. If the club cancels a paid event, a club credit will be issued. If a member wishes a cash refund, she can request it from the event coordinator up to 5 days after the cancellation. Please note that membership dues or donations are non-refundable and cannot be credited.
