Luncheons have different locations and generally we have two or more “evening” programs each year. Attendees can expect informative presentations from dynamic speakers, or a tea like the Mais Oui Tea, a fashion show or a number of other creative events. All while enjoying a delicious, chef-driven lunch or dinner.

The 50/50 raffle was started in November 2012 and is an exciting moment at each of our luncheons. Tickets are $5 each and you have a chance to win some cash! One lucky lady will win half the proceeds; the other half will go toward operating expenses for the CWC.

The cost per luncheon varies but typically it is $35 per person. Payment in advance is required by the stated deadline date which is usually 7 days before the activity. Special Activities may cost more. You are registered by responding to an invitation and paying for the activity. Payment is now easier with Square Marketplace!

Please send cancellation notices by e-mail to Jan Jimeson. You will not be responsible for payment if you cancel before we confirm the number of attendees with the event location the Wednesday before the event. If you have paid in advance and then cancel within the specified time, your payment will be refunded. Cancellations after the registration deadline will not receive refunds or credit.

If you registered and did not cancel or attend, no refunds will be given. If you had not paid in advance you will be expected to pay. We guarantee your reservation on the deadline date and are required to pay for the number confirmed to the club.
